Todd was very helpful in assisting my wife and I in finding a new home. The home we were currently living in was a home that I bought in 1998 as a single man. Seven years later, enter the wife, then years later, three kids. While that home and property was beautiful, our needs changed. We embarked on an adventure to find a replacement home that started in 2013, and didn't end until... 2017, interrupted by about 18 months due to living away for graduate school. I 2005 I purchased my home from Todd Brower and in recent months worked with him on another property that had to go through probate court. In both cases Todd was knowledgeable of the real estate industry, honest and worked well on my behalf. As for the property in probate, Todd made a very difficult situation less stressful and was well educated in the real estate laws surrounding properties in probate.
